Booking: Please note that at time of booking a £50 deposit is required and is non refundable in all bookings. The balance will then be due 30 days before arrival.
Pre booking: Guests will be required to complete a pre-check in request and submit payment method for authorisation/blocking of damage deposit which is £500. (This is only authorisation and does not come out of your bank) It will only be authorised the day before your stay.
Cancellation policy: The Guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The Guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If they cancel within 14 days of arrival then the full balance must be paid. If the guest does not show up, they will be charged the full balance.
Visitors: No additional guests are allowed on site. It is strictly for paying guests only. If you arrive with more than 8 guests then you will be asked to leave and no refund given.
Liability: The owners accept no liability for any personal injury, death, loss or damage of guests personal property within the House.
We reserve the right to terminate your Booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where break the house rules or you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance neighbours or other residents of the community.
